The ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ-IAS Strategic Plan 2025¨C2029 guides the development and implementation of the institute¡¯s research, policy development, teaching, and capacity building initiatives, as well as its administration and communications activities. It sets out the mission, vision and strategic objectives of ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ-IAS. The plan centres on the vision of ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ-IAS as an international think tank providing solutions for the SDGs and other global agendas.
The plan is closely aligned with the overall strategic direction of the ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ (²ÝÁñÊÓƵ), as outlined in the ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ Strategy 2025¨C2029.
Process
The ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ-IAS Strategic Plan 2025¨C2029 is the result of an inclusive internal process comprising evaluation, analysis and dialogue, based on the Theory of Change method. It was developed in consultation with the ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ-IAS Board, which endorsed the plan in early 2025.
