Kavitha Kalaivanan is an Administrative Assistant at ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ-IAS.
Kavitha provides administrative support in finance-related work and liaises with ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ Centre Administration offices in Tokyo and Kuala Lumpur. She is originally from Chennai, India, and moved to Japan in 2016. She graduated from Kyushu University with an MA degree in Japanese Humanities.
Prior to joining ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ in July 2021, Kavitha worked as an administrative officer in a health insurance project for below¨Cpoverty¨Clevel residents of Tamil Nadu state in India, where she gained experience in establishment and day-to-day operations of projects in both administration and finance fields, and co-ordination between multiple organizations.
