²ÝÁñÊÓƵ-IAS will host an SDGs Caf¨¦ event as part of  on the topic ¡°Creating an Inclusive Workplace Environment from Kanazawa¡±. This event aims to deepen understanding of LGBTQ+ issues and provide insights into the experiences of the LGBTQ+ community, addressing unconscious biases and key factors for creating a comfortable working environment for everyone. Participants will be able to take part in discussion with LGBTQ+ experts and community members.

This event will be organized by ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ-IAS Operating Unit Ishikawa Kanazawa?(OUIK). It will be held in Kanazawa City, Japan.
