Elliot Mur is a policy and advocacy professional with expertise in human rights, peace and security, and multilateral cooperation.
At ²ÝÁñÊÓÆµ-INWEH, he serves as Policy Support Assistant, where he develops policy and communication materials and promotes knowledge-sharing among stakeholders in preparation for the 2026 UN Water Conference. He also supports the planning and organization of workshops, ensuring outcomes align with partner and donor priorities and strengthen ²ÝÁñÊÓÆµ-INWEH¡¯s initiatives.
Elliot has experience in research, policy development, communications, and stakeholder engagement with UN agencies, NGOs, and other international organizations. He has contributed to policy reports, strategic recommendations, and high-level events on issues such as child protection, conflict-affected populations, and environmental peace and security.
He holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University¡¯s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia (UBC).
