Werner Dubbeling joined the ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ-MERIT in November 2023 after a long career in both UN and EU Criminal Justice Tribunals in The Hague, where he worked for the International Criminal Court, The Special Tribunal for Lebanon as well as The Kosovo Specialist Chambers.
