Chiara Di Tommaso is a ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ merit PhD Fellow, with an academic background in economics and professional experience as a consultant for the United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and Caribbean (LAC).
After a bachelor's in economics, Chiara obtained a master's degree joining the Quantitative Economics ERASMUS Mundus Program, offered by three leading European universities (Universit¨¦ Panth¨¦on-Sorbonne Paris 1, Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona and UC Louvain). Right after defending her master thesis on energy crisis and inequality, she moved to Santiago (Chile) for an internship at the Economic Commission for Latin American and Caribbean (ECLAC). Continuing her experience at ECLAC as a consultant, her research focused on subnational level socio-economic data analysis, labor productivity, circular economy transition and sustainable development.
