Ludwig Kramer is a Ph.D. candidate in ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ-MERIT's Innovation, Economics, Governance and Sustainable Development programme.
His research focuses on the economics of renewable energies in developing countries. He holds a master¡¯s degree in Public Policy and Human Development from ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ-MERIT and Maastricht University, and a bachelor¡¯s degree in Economics and History from the University of Heidelberg. His PhD research is financed by a scholarship from the Foundation of the German Economy.
