²ÝÁñÊÓƵ-VIE constantly seeks opportunities to cultivate strategic partnerships.
In an effort to ensure that ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ work benefits UN processes, ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ-VIE engages UN representatives and agencies in ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ activities.
Another strong focus is the Global South. ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ-VIE initiates and strengthens cooperation with regional actors and institutions, in particular universities and centres of excellence. Its aim is to contribute to the harmonization and implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals and regional agendas, such as Agenda 2063 of the African Union.
