On 25 November 2024, Saleem Zoughbi delivered a remote keynote address at the 11th Annual Conference on ¡°Modern Banking and Smart Banking, Ecosystem Payment Systems,¡± hosted by the Digital Economy Committee of the Central Bank of Iran in Tehran.

His presentation provided a focused overview of emerging financial technologies and innovations in financial products and services, with an emphasis on personalized solutions, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain. He concluded by encouraging decision-makers to launch youth entrepreneurship programmes aimed at fostering the development of fintech-focused SMEs.
