Iv¨¢n Camilo Vel¨¢squez Abril is a PhD scholar at ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ-MERIT. He holds a Research Master¡¯s in Economics from Universit¨¦ Catholique de Louvain and dual Bachelor¡¯s degrees in Economics and Finance & International Trade from Universidad del Rosario in Colombia. He has over five years of experience in public policy evaluation and research, and his main research interest is the economics of education.
